We
maintain an open clinic for our clients to see at all times. We encourage
owner presence during those special times when pets are hospitalized.
The staff is fully trained in Grief Management and
we encourage owner presence when that special time occurs to make Euthanasia
as humane as possible.
We attempt to make your pet's visit to our clinic
as pleasant as possible. No one likes going to the doctor. We work hard
to overcome those anxieties.
Our standards for cleanliness are very high. You
will notice this when you enter our facility.
Every attempt is made to make surgery visits as short
as possible with many procedures being same-day in and out for owner
convenience and pet comfort.
Our office is completely computerized for client
convenience and accurate record-keeping. We will advise you as to your
pet's medical needs on a regular basis.
Our office hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday and 8:00AM until Noon on Saturday. A Veterinarian or staff person will always be available via telephone during non-office hours. Special efforts will be made to handle after hour emergencies in house or referred to our affiliated emergency services in St. Cloud or Eden Prairie.
Special medical needs beyond the scope of general
practice are readily referred to appropriate Veterinary Specialists
if desired.
Dog Wash open 24 hours per day. May be operated with
dollar bills or an express key can be used during business hours, offering
an unlimited number of minutes.
